How do you use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code, please enter that code in the field labeled "Coupon Code:" and then click the "Update" button. If you're using free shipping: enter the code in the "Coupon Code" box, click update, then continue to the next page (checkout), and select the free shipping option.  Free shipping will NOT be reflected on this screen, you must enter the checkout process by clicking the "Checkout" button below. By entering the checkout process, your credit card or form of payment will not be charged or accepted until you complete your order. It's safe to proceed to checkout at that point.

Are the markers safe?
Yes, although the markers are permanent on fabric, they are non-toxic and will wash off hands with soap and water. They are clean and easy to use.

Our 653 markers, contain 7cc of liquid. These markers will do multiple shirts. There is no ironing necessary with these markers, they write instantly on clothes, they are water and chlorine resistant, dries instantly, non toxic, and safe. The marker contains permanent pigment ink.

The markers in the economy packs (primary, fluorescent, and pastel) contain 1cc of liquid. These markers will do approximately 1 shirt per marker or 6 shirts per pack. There is no ironing necessary with these markers. The markers in these packs are water and chlorine resistant, dries quickly, odorless, non toxic, safe, permanent, and pigmented.

How do I know how many markers to buy?
These markers are long lasting and can be used over and over. When buying for a group, base the amount you need on the largest amount of participants at any one time. Take that number and add another 1/2 marker per person for sharing purposes. You will be able to divide large groups and reuse the markers in small sessions.

How long does it take to get an order?
Our normal turnaround time is 1 business day after the order is placed.

Are you licensed by the Girl Scouts of the USA?
Yes, we're an official licensed vendor of the GSUSA national organization.

Do we need to iron colored areas in order to make it permanent?
No, the markers will dry quickly and become permanent right away. Most children will want to wear the shirts right after they finish!

Do I need to wash the items before we start coloring?
NO - it is recommended NOT to wash the items so there is a smooth surface on which to color. All products are very high quality and may be washed many times after they are done.

Who can use COLORTIME crafts? Do I need to be artistic?
Anyone who can color will love COLORTIME. Boys, girls, teens, adults, and seniors love our products.

Will the markers come off your clothing?
The markers are permanent and will not come off if it gets on clothing, but will wash easily off hands.

The prints look busy, are they hard to color?
The artwork appears to be busy because it is condensed to fit into a small space. Our designs are suitable for ages 5 and up and are age and gender appropriate. In addition, our special markers are easy to control and make coloring fun.

Are the markers easy to use?
Yes, the markers are very easy to use. The marker is fat so it is easy for all hands to hold. The point is thin and stiff, which makes coloring easy. The colors are bright and vibrant. There is nothing to wash or clean up.

Can we iron COLORTIME products?
As with any screen printed item, if the iron touches the screen print ink, it will make the ink smear.

Can we submit our own artwork?
Yes, as long as you meet our minimums per product (see our price list) and your artwork is camera ready, there will be no additional charges.

Can you develop original artwork for our event?
Yes, as long as you meet our minimums, please call for price quote.

16.

Can you imprint one of your styles with our name or logo?
Yes, as long as you meet our minimums there will be no extra charge.
