How to Create a Tie Dye effect with

Colortime Craft's Permanent Fabric Markers

Make your next event even more fun by creating a tie dye effect with Colortime Craft’s permanent fabric markers!

To achieve a tie dye effect, first start with a color and color 1/3 of the way down. After completing that step, take a second marker, one with a lighter hue. With that second marker overlap and color 1/3 down. Following that, use a yellow marker to overlap and color in the rest of the area. The marker will not be ruined by overlapping colors.

Some color combinations you should consider are red, orange, and yellow or fluorescent blue, fluorescent green, and yellow.

Another great thing is that you can over-dye after your item is colored and FULLY dry with a traditional tie dye!
